Prof Dulani Kottahachchi, MBBS, MD, MRCP, is the Professor in Endocrinology and Consultant Endocrinologist attached to the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.

Prof Dulani was the Secretary of the Sri Lanka College of Endocrinologists in 2023. She was the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Diabetes Federation in 2021, the public arm of the SLCE.

Her research interests are Endocrine complications in Thalassemia and Graves orbitopathy.
