Dr H. K. G. Achini M Kariyawasam, MBBS, MD, is an acting consultant Endocrinologist.

She was a Senior Registrar in Endocrinology attached to the Colombo North Teaching Hospital, Ragama, Sri Lanka.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rajarata in 2014. She obtained her MD (Medicine) in 2021.

Her research interests include adrenal disorders and diabetes.
