Dr Himansa A. R. Ranawaka, MBBS, MD, is a Senior Registrar in Endocrinology attached to the National Hospital of Sri Lanka.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine University of Colombo in 2017 with First-Class Honours. She obtained her MD in Medicine in 2024 from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo. 

Her research interests include Diabetes, Obesity, Osteoporosis and Neuroendocrine Tumours.
