Dr Lavanya Piranavanan, MBBS, MD, is a Consultant Endocrinologist attached to the Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa, Sri Lanka.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Rajarata in 2014. She obtained her MD (Medicine) in 2021.

Her research interests include adrenal disorders and diabetes.
