Dr Nayananjani Karunasena, MBBS, MD, MRCP,  is a Consultant Endocrinologist attached to the National Hospital, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

She completed her overseas training at Sheffield Teaching Hospital, UK.

Dr Nayananjani was the Chairperson of the Scientific Committee of the Sri Lanka College of Endocrinologists from 2021 – 2022. 

She has many publications in peer-reviewed journals.
