Dr Shamila Adikari, MBBS,  MD Medicine, is a Senior registrar in Endocrinology attached to the National Hospital, Kandy, Sri Lanka.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Peradeniya, in 2008. Obtained an MD in 2024 from the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo.
