Dr Vindya Wellala, MBBS, MD, is an Consultant Endocrinologist attached to the District General Hospital, Monaragala, Sri Lanka. 

She is a Senior Clinical Fellow in Endocrinology and diabetes in University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, UK. She obtained her MD from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
